8 Things You Do not Know Can Cause Cancer

Every day our bodies are constantly exposed to the possibility of a variety of germs, viruses, bacteria, and carcinogens. And every day our immune system also effectively restrain from these attacks. For those who are strong immune might hold in the long term, but for those who have weak immune then maybe this attack will destroy the cells of the body so broken. Normal cells will grow, divide and die regularly. However, cancer cells are abnormal, they begin to multiply out of control and will not easily die even continue to grow. They grow and turn into a lump, tumor, or even would inhibit their growth and invade healthy tissue to other parts of the body.

There are several factors generally accepted and known as suspected carcinogens that cause cancer growth. Two main factors are most influential are: tobacco use and because of air pollution.

However, there are many triggers of cancer generally accepted and it has been known by researchers, but it is not clear to the general public.

Here are 8 things that researchers have determined the measured can affect your cancer risk.

1 - Meat:

Study after study has concluded that vegetarians are 50% less likely to die from cancer. Animal fats contain hormones that humans absorb during consumption. There are also chemicals that stick to the food as fat cooked. These chemicals can be carcinogenic.

2 - Goodies:

Excessive fat consumption is also added with sugar consumption will affect the production of insulin and the body's production of hormones and even damaged cells will also reduce the body's immune system. Cancer cells have a tendency to sugar.

3 - Excess Weight:

There are several reasons why overweight dramatically increases the risk of cancer. First of all for the same reasons listed in # 2 but also many environmental chemicals that we are exposed to every day tend to store more fat cells. These chemicals in called lipo-philic.

4 - Fire:

PBDEs are chemicals used as flame retardants. While refractory products are all around us and has been promoted as a "safety" standard, we must recognize the toxicity of this consumer guarantee "safe."

5 - BPA (Bisphenol A):

BPA is a chemical that has been used for decades in the production of plastic food containers such as baby bottles, water bottles, cans and in some dental sealants. BPA can leach into food and liquids as containers are heated or damaged.

6 - Sunscreen:

Researchers now know that some of the ingredients in sunscreen (heavily promoted to prevent skin cancer) can actually increase the risk of cancer by mimicking estrogenic effects and can lead to the development of free radicals can damage cells and possibilities. PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) and oxybenzone have been linked in some studies of cell damage that can lead to cancer development.

7 - Antibacterial Products:

Triclosan (used in antibacterial and antifungal products) are widely used in soaps, lotions, cleansers and various consumer products. However, triclosan is chemically similar to dioxin chemical that can act as endocrine disruptive. EDC can disrupt hormonal function and trigger cell damage.

8 - Alcohol:

Alcohol itself is not marked as a carcinogen. However, it serves as a co-carcinogen which can increase the harmful effects of other carcinogens in the body. This is especially true for tobacco users who risk multiplied when tobacco and alcohol combined routine.
